There are a few ways you can go about making this craft:
Make it as a Handprint Butterfly Mothers Day craft – by having your kids either make handprints on the template or trace around their hands and cut out the handprints to make the wings. You can make it as a photo craft or use the butterfly body that already comes with a face.
You can make a photo Mothers day craft, adding a photo on the designated area of the butterfly’s body and have the kids either draw the butterfly wings or use colored paper to make them. Torn paper or tissue paper would make this into a wonderful Mothers day art project too.
