FAQ

Creating an account

All accounts are automatically created with the email provided at the checkout. Once you complete your purchase you will receive 3 emails – an invoice, subscription confirmation and an email containing your login information (username and password – which you can then change in your account settings).

When paying with Paypal the email address set as default on Paypal will be used for creating your account. Please check that email for your login information. 

Sometimes the login information can land in promotions tab or in spam – please check all email folders for your information.

Another reason for not receiving your login information is a typo in your email address (which can happen with credit card payments). Send us an email at support@easypeasyandfun.com and we are happy to help.

Usually this is the result of a typo when typing in your password (we know your first password is a long one, but it has to be for security reasons).

An easy workaround is to copy and paste login details or use the forgotten password feature as this will allow you to set your own password.

Membership

When you click cancel you will still have access to your account and the resources until your membership expires (for monthly plans one month after purchase or last renewal, for yearly one year after purchase or last renewal). 

You will loose access to our library of printables once your subscription period ends/expires. 

You can cancel your account in your account settings or by managing your account through the link provided in your order receipts and payment reminders. 

Use of resources

By becoming a member you are granted the use of our resources for personal and school use. This means you can print the resources for your home use or if you are an educator you can use the printed resources with your students. 

The resources on Easy Peasy and Fun are not for resale in any manner (physical copies or digital)

Yes, libraries and other educational settings (summer camps, one time events…) can make copies of our resources to give out to their patrons. Use in hospitals is also allowed.

The distribution must not be of commercial manner (can’t be sold as sets). If you are a charity and consider using our resources to raise funds, please contact us prior with details of the event (we decide on a case by case basis).

Selling of our resources is strictly prohibited and is a breach of copyright. When you purchase a membership you agree to these terms.

No. We do not allow commercial use of our resources in any way.

Billing and charges

There are a few possible reasons why a payment would be declined, including

  • invalid credit card number or billing address
  • incorrect or expired card expiration date
  • a hold has been placed on the account due to the credit card company flagging suspicious activity
  • a restriction on the account, such as international or other usage restrictions
  • insufficient funds on card
  • no credit card linked to Paypal account

What can you do?

  • You can verify your credit card information is valid and submit the order again
  • If the order still does not complete successfully, call the credit card issuer for support

Multiple failed attempts may result in a temporary block of card for safety reasons.

If eligible, FastSpring (seller on record for Easy Peasy and Fun membership) can refund tax within 30 days of purchase made via credit/debit card, PayPal. Please Follow the link to the billing consumer support (link) and hit the “Contact support” button.

If your order is declined or cancelled, any charge you see on your account is likely a small and temporary pre-authorization that will automatically clear from your statement. Depending on your bank or card issuing company this can take from several hours to several business days. Re-check your statement after several business days.
